Poha is one of my favourite breakfast items and I can have it for end number of days. Poha is very popular in all over the country in various names; viz- Chirer Pulav in Bengal, Avalakki in Karnataka, Pohe in Maharastra, Poha in Gujarat. Though the taste is more or less similar, but each place has its special ingredient to taste different.
Poha is nothing but flattened rice, or parched rice. It is available in any grocery shops or any super markets.
